Yes. The Free tier gives you a hotel website, booking engine, and basic property management at $0/month. We charge a 1.5% fee on bookings processed through the platform. That's how we make money — when you succeed, we succeed.

On the Free tier, your hotel gets a subdomain (yourhotel.dszape.com). Custom domain support (yourdomain.com) is available on the Pro tier ($49/month) and above.
Guests visit your hotel website, browse available rooms, select dates, and pay directly through the integrated booking engine. You receive a booking notification instantly. No OTA middleman.
We process payments through Stripe, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other local payment methods depending on your region. Payouts go directly to your bank account.
The 1.5% fee is Dszape's platform fee on each booking. This is separate from Stripe's processing fees (typically 2-3% depending on your region and payment method). There are no hidden charges.
You set your own cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, strict, or custom) through the dashboard. When a guest requests a cancellation, you process it according to your policy. Refunds are handled through Stripe.
Yes. The front desk calendar supports walk-in bookings. Create a booking directly from the dashboard, assign a room, and check the guest in — all in real time.
The calendar shows all bookings as color-coded bars: green for arrivals, blue for in-house guests, orange for departures due today, and red for overstays. Click any booking to open the guest stay panel where you can check in, manage the folio, record payments, and check out.
Open the guest's booking from the calendar, enter their ID details, assign a room, and click 'Complete Check-in'. A folio is automatically created and room charges begin.
When a guest is due to depart, their booking shows as orange on the calendar. Open the guest stay panel, review the folio, collect any outstanding payment, settle the folio, generate an invoice, and complete checkout. The room automatically moves to cleaning status.
A folio is the financial record of a guest's stay. It tracks all charges (room charges, minibar, services) and payments. Think of it as the guest's running bill. Folios are created automatically at check-in.
Yes. From the guest stay panel, click 'Add Charge' to add items like minibar, room service, spa, laundry, or any custom charge. The folio balance updates in real time.
Yes. The CMS lets you customize colors, fonts, banners, images, room descriptions, amenities, gallery, about page, and contact information. Your website reflects your brand, not ours.

Yes. You can create articles, special offers, and promotional pages through the CMS. These appear on your hotel website and can be shared on social media to drive direct bookings.
From the guest stay panel, click 'Generate Invoice' after settling the folio. Invoices include all charges, payments, tax breakdowns (GST/VAT), and can be downloaded as PDF or emailed directly to the guest.
Yes. You configure your tax rules (GST, VAT, local taxes, service charges) in Settings. Taxes are automatically applied to charges based on your rules. For India, we support CGST, SGST, and IGST with proper HSN codes.
Yes. For corporate clients or group bookings, you can create split folios and city ledger accounts. This is available through the billing section for authorized staff.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Upgrade. Choose your plan and enter payment details. Your new features activate immediately. You can downgrade at any time.
Yes. Invite staff by email from Dashboard > Team. You can assign roles (Owner, Manager, Front Desk, Billing Clerk) with different permission levels.
Go to Dashboard > Settings. You can cancel anytime. On the Free tier, there's nothing to cancel — just stop using the platform. On paid tiers, your subscription ends at the end of the billing period. Export your data before cancelling.
Multi-property management is available on the Scale tier ($79/month). You can manage all your properties from a single dashboard with consolidated reporting.
